These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit adhdpaper.store or buy from ADHD Paper (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who can buy
By placing an order, you confirm that you’re at least 18, or that you have a parent or guardian’s permission.
Products and pricing
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors and print details can look slightly different on your screen or between print batches. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order or ship it. Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe, plus the digital wallets and pay-later services offered at checkout). We never see or store your full card number. If you choose a pay-later service such as Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm, that provider’s own terms apply to your payment plan. We may cancel or decline an order, for example because of suspected fraud or a stock problem, and we’ll refund any payment you’ve made.
Pre-orders
Some products are sold as pre-orders. The ship date shown on the product page is our best estimate, not a guarantee. We’ll email you when your order ships. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how pre-order cancellations work.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Ship dates and delivery times are estimates, and carriers can run late. Please double-check your shipping address when you order, because we can’t be responsible for packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If a package goes missing, contact us and we’ll help, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Our designs and content
All designs, layouts, text, images and logos on this site and on our products belong to ADHD Paper and are protected by copyright. You’re welcome to use our products for your own personal use. Please don’t copy, resell, redistribute or reproduce our designs without our written permission.
Not medical advice
Our products and content are tools for planning and organizing. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified professional.
Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the site or other people’s information.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and our products are provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies, and your order is governed by the Terms in effect when you place it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ADHD Paper operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
