Meet the Founder

Brianne, founder of ADHD Paper, smiling with a pink brain mugcoffee in brain, now you can talk

Hey, I’m Brianne.

I’m a nurse, a wife, a mom of two, and a late-diagnosed ADHDer. I’m also the eldest daughter, which means I spent most of my life taking care of everyone else and assuming my own brain was the one thing I’d just have to push through.

For years I bought planners. Pretty ones, expensive ones, the one everybody on the internet swore by. Every single one ended the same way: a strong first week, a missed day, then a stack of dated pages I couldn’t bring myself to look at. I didn’t need another planner. I needed one that wasn’t mad at me.

So I made one. ADHD Paper started as pages I drew for myself, on my own kitchen counter, with words that didn’t make my chest tight. “Glimpse” instead of “overview.” “Jot” instead of “notes.” Undated, so a skipped week was just a skipped week. Open-face, so it lived where I already was instead of in a drawer I’d forgotten about.

It worked for my brain. Then it worked for friends’ brains. Now it’s here for yours.

I also write about ADHD in women, Black neurodivergence, and women’s mental health over at Brianne Saturdays, and run the Happy Brain Community, where we get our lives done together, cameras optional.

You deserve to feel seen, understood, and supported — and you deserve a planner that feels the same way.

— Brianne
