ADHD Paper (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect at adhdpaper.store, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give one), and the details of what you ordered.
- Payment information: you enter this directly with our payment processors (WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe, and wallets or pay-later services such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm). We don’t receive or store your full card number.
- Email sign-ups: your email address (and name, if you share it) when you subscribe to our emails or use a sign-up form on the site.
- Messages: anything you send us when you email us.
- Automatic information: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use your information
- To process and ship your orders and send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To provide customer support.
- To process payments and help prevent fraud.
- To send you emails about ADHD Paper if you’ve signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the store, and only as needed for them to do their job. These include payment processors (WooPayments and Stripe), shipping carriers and label services (such as USPS), our website host, our email service provider, and analytics and site tools (such as Google Analytics and Jetpack). We don’t sell your personal information. We may also share information if the law requires it.
WooPay
If you choose to save your information with WooPay for faster checkout, that information is stored and handled by WooPay (a service of Automattic) under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your checkout details and understand how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, parts of the site, like the cart and checkout, may not work properly.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons. Other information is kept until you ask us to delete it, where we’re able to.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hi@adhdpaper.store. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional privacy rights, and we’ll honor requests as the law requires. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Children
Our site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
